Cut & Sew Options
Create a unique look by adding Cut & Sew patterns to the side panels, visor or above the keyhole to an Adjustable, Stretch-Fit or Ultra-Fit Hat. Visor Cut & Sews can also be added to Low Crown Visors. Add a Cut & Sew to any 48-piece minimum order and interchange the fabrics and colors by the dozen.
Put Closure To It
Outside of the traditional Velcro, Metal Slider and Plastic Snap closures, Pukka’s Custom Headwear Program offers two unique closure options ideal for Tech Headwear. Use our Plastic Buckle or Elastic Loop with Velcro Closure to add even more flexibility to the sizing of the hat to ensure the ideal fit while out on the course.
